I'm thinking about this a little more and realizing that my practitioner wants me to be doing saunas (I'm not) and CEs (I can't) so I think that's what Dave was saying - theoretically that would be helping me if I were taking this much kelp, right?
Anyway - I am ovulating right now which is a super homronal time for me and my appetite has been insane (compared to what it used to be).
I'm also supposed to be switching off to some other supps for the next 10 days - I think zinc, b6 and something else - and off others. I have to look.
