And then there are others who do the NB program directly via ARL like onwards and have had success doing it that way. Sometimes I think I would have liked that. As my practitioner has increased some my supplements and taken others out such as SBF and GB3...hmm always makes one wonder if staying with ARL's recommendations might be more effective.Suppose I'll find out very soon. He also agreed coffee enemas not good for 4 lows and now says that in my case i should take try it - with 4 lows?.Weird.

Speaking of detox, think I've now had a bit of a trial and error experience with it, due to my experiment with Iodine supplementation, and as a result now very aware and cautious about how tricky it really is to balance pressuring the body to detox without trashing the adrenals at the same time.
