I'm really sorry for you and all my good thoughts for you. My advice is put your message on Adrenal fatigue forum and ask for help. Tell also you don't have so much money now. There are many people with many different problems having AF symptoms in common which help each other. Even if you don't believe AF it's ok if the general approach will help you. Look for Marie64 and Onwards users - maybe they could help more they are also women could understand better.

If adrenal fatigue is not the root cause I don't know you may be right. What I know is you could help yourself with some of AF guidelines. The advice I received from older sufferers helped me to get through some really hard experinces maybe tougher than yours(physically speaking).

I really understand your reluctance regarding AF and i feel for your but if the advice will help you recovery a bit that's it use them. In my case pacing the intensity of cleanse helped a lot. It's hard to believe a "diagnostic" like AF but I don't care if it's true or not. What matters is many advice foe AF helped me this is what really counts. You don't have to stick to every advice but
