Thanks I have done a couple of the garlic enema's I also did a coffee one today. I have the solution in my fridge.

One thing I am really frustrated about is what the heck to eat. The more I think about it the more I stress. I need to go grocery shopping and I only have about 50 bucks to spend for a week right now. I worry I am doing things wrong. I think I have metals, and possibly adrenal fatigue..not sure I am just always tired. I thought it was just my meds I took at night but now being off of them with just melatonin and klonopin I am still dragging out of bed and hardly awake till 12pm or later??


My normal breakfast when I force myself to eat is:

2 to 3 boiled eggs
either a banana or orange or apple


So now I read that I should cut out banana's, oranges.


I am sorry but what the heck is left to eat for carbs or fiber. I dont have time to do fancy sprouting....etc
I am trying to limit bread but should I ad a slice back in. I dont know what to do for carbs for breakfast. I guess I could try oatmeal I just have a hard time eating it. Makes me gag..LOL

I need some help need to go grocery shopping soon.

I am at my wits end and alot of times I worry about what to eat so I dont eat. I am 45 lbs overweight (med induced) mostly.

I dont eat a lot of sugars but I do feel like I need some carbs or I get weak...hence the fruit.

On another site it said apples are okay...banana's oranges, melons are not


So what do you eat? I dont make fancy dishes really I like to keep things simple dinner is usually

meat, veggie, and sweet potato


So I need help with lunch and breakfast. I do feel like I need eggs as I dont eat cereal.


Any suggestsions? I know this sounds dumb but I dont know if I should add bread back in or what? I am so tired it is stressing me out to think about it?


My dr told me to limit carbs...low glycemic because I have high fasting insulin (insulin resistance-higher protein diet)

I have a tendency to eat a lot of eggs, cheese, fruit (1-2 a day) and raw veggies. I dont eat many grains. Although now I wonder what I should add back in that I may be missing. Sometimes all this diet stuff I feel like I am more stressed because I cant figure out what to eat. So I skip!
