Forgot to ask how low in protein should you keep your diet while cleansing?

I normally have eggs in morning...small portion of meat at night (chicken)

Also I do take close to a gram of magnesium citrate a day in divided doses.

What is L=Aspartate I have heard of L ornithine and arginine but what is the aspartate for?
