The Anti-Sebum keeps the skin on where I have fordyce spots, but the Cortibalm somehow interferes with the process.

Like I said, you can take your chances. And you are not totally healed, yet. I would like to see you get off the moisturizers and creams to see if your lips go back to the way they were. Personally, I do not consider lips healed if one constantly has to apply moisturizer or whatnot to them. My raw skin has healed with the Anti-Sebum, but once I go off it the raw skin comes back. If one has to be dependent on a cream, the lips are not really healed.
