And like I said Andrex's derm was talking about Desonide, which is a relatively potent steroid. Which means it doesn't apply to this conversation at all. We can all agree that it's not good to use a potent steroid long term.

And even if 2 dermatologists have told you this, I have heard and read of many more that disagree. So I'm just expressing my opinion and facts that I have read/been told.

We can agree to disagree. I just dont want people to come on and read your information and wrongfully assume that this is the general concensus of the medical community.

I won't assume anything about the doctors you saw, but based on your preference towards alternative medicine I am not that surprised that one of your doctors told you this. It sounds like something an alternative doctor would say.

But even if you saw conventional doctors, it still doesn't make me believe it. FYI :)
