I have changed my diet significantly, so hopefully that will cut down on stone production. It wasn't that bad before, so I suspect there's a genetic component to my stone production. Birth control hormones may have been a factor, too. I do plan to flush every 6 months at a minimum to keep things moving, but so far I'm very pleased with the results of my flushes. It seemed an eternity while I was doing it, but a year isn't so long to get rid of 20+ years of junk inside me. Tweet
