sorry for your labs - been there :( many times. if you are US based there are several which can perform it better.

I did colonics not Colon Cleanse yet - you know hidrocolonotherapy - but its kind of expensive and its used mainly for heavy case (like I was).
I've heard about Qxypowder and stuff like that - i just order a sample of something similar on iherb to see if its good.

my wife tried youghurt with psyllium like 10 days and it really was wonderfull. she expelled many stuff like in pictures from coloncleanse stuff.really it worthed it.
I also tried and got me more constipated. who knows...

I should try DE - see many recommended it. what brand did you used?
