I am a retired RN. Here is how to eliminate pinworms.

Buy:
Vaseline petroleum jelly, generic OK

baby wipes

a roll of cheap sandwich baggies

After every toileting cleanse the rectum with toilet paper and baby wipes. Continue until the baby wipe comes back clean.

Place a baggie over your hand. Scoop up vaseline on one finger. Apply the vaseline to the rectum.

Turn the baggie inside out. Throw it away.

DO THIS WITH EVERY TOILETING FOR SIX WEEKS.

Additional measures which are not as essential.
Place panties on a sunny window sill.
Hang sheets in the sun.
