IMO there is not a "gold recipe" - I would try each of them to see which one is suitable for me. Especially when you have SIBO/bacteria. Unfortunately there is no other way to see than testing.
This way I found out that FOR ME - these were not ok: but I guess its depending on the pathogens you have especially bacteria.
So, not ok for me after testing:
- buckwheat, coconut flour, lentils, potatoes, almond flour, quinoa.....the list can go on. all of them were recommended to me by others but no one was ok.
you have to test them man!BUT...

i was reading somewhere is also important with what are you associating them and the quantity also. like you should try some with some fat or proteins to see. and maybe some enzymes in the same time.

in the same time someone told you about the bacteria they have found in your stool. somehow you have to take care of them - try getting tested by a good NHS lab.
