Another Paleo victim. The list keeps growing.

Sugar is not the culprit, it's too much fat.

Eat high carb & fruit/low fat & protein.

Be sure you eat at least 2,500 calories (for females) or 3,000 (for males) a day and eat 5 grams of carbs per 1 pound of your healthy body weight a day for fuel and mental clarity.
