Re: Please help!
Hi there tay!
thanks for your reply
Reading your message i think i will start bringing carbs back in, but just not the stuff that used to make me crazily brain foggy before like potatoes/sugar/wheat bread/milk.
The vitamin C i get for very cheap so am not too fussed about taking that, im gona carry on taking the acid supplements with food for digestion because that makes sense ( i was also told i had very low acid levels and meet fibres meaning the meat wasnt being digested properly)
are you from the uk? can you be supervised by a gastroenterologist under the NHS? sadly im in wales at the moment and our health care isnt great here, they refused to refer me to a parasitology specialist in the UK because of funding, same with rear endoscopy. Its a bit ridiculous seeing as im a tax paying citizen.
The tripple therapy deffinitely takes its toll but im guessing if it does the job for you its worth it!
Ive also decided to get loaded on probiotics (water kefir/saukraut/coconut milk kefir) and s boulardi, my hope is that eventually the good will overcrowd the bad.
I took the plunge and did a nystatin enema yesturday too and strangley enough it gave me quite alot of energy! I was on ketocoazole for a few weeks, but i was still getting brain fog with that, and a feeling like i was full of chemicals, and quite sleepy so i stopped it after about 3 weeks of deciding it wasnt helping much
