the only thing that makes me worried is that all of the people in the case have ec only on their bottom lip. which is weird. i havent read about anyone on here with ec just on the bottom lip. also the pictures dont really look like the quintessential ec lips. but i guess we dont know at what point in the cycle the photos were taken or what they were putting on their lips.
