Thanks a lot for the support Jilly. I'm not sure if it's the toxins anymore though because I don't get die off from antifungals or probiotics anymore. I probably will end up doing coffee enemas though, since I definitely overloaded myself with toxins in the last year and it's included in nutritional balancing, which I will probably be starting next month. I'm also looking into lymh, liver, kidney, and parasite cleanses, but I don't know what order to do it all in and when to start based on my situation. It's big for me to even be on here trying to find answers so baby steps will have to do for now. It's just tough going through this myself because it's hard to sift through all the info from various sources (especially with all the brain fog), and my ND hasn't been able to help much yet. Maybe I'll bring some of these new ideas up to her next time I see her.
