I've found that the Clarke Liver Flush is effective at restoring bile flow, which is critical to reversing fatty liver. Bile is also a natural anti-bacterial, but does kill good bacteria.

Toxins, such as those produced by candida can lead to fatty liver, just as alcohol can. In both cases, bile flow is slowed or stopped, which leads to more toxins, etc. Bile is the waste product produced by the liver from the filtering of toxins out of the blood. If bile isn't flowing, the liver is not filtering, which is why candida sufferers are often so sick.
