Even taking it in the morning could be problematic Blistering. When we get into these insomnia patterns we kind of have to test things - like Science on ourselves haha. I would strongly recommend you ditch the glandulars for 2 days and see if there is an improvement. Maybe there will be, maybe not, but since its known to cause issues for others it makes sense to try - we basically have to test everything that could ever cause insomnia for anyone.
