I take 10000 ius of Vit D per day, at mornings with fatty foods and around 375 mgs of magnesium divided in three doses during the day.

Havent noticed nothing special from that. I think my problem its heavy metal toxicity and gut infections.

I tried taking mag citrate 400 mgs per night and it only helped with constipation and being more calm... I have tried a lot of things for insomnia.
