For flavoring, Faith, not for detoxing. Plus that's what I would go for in the mornings.
It's true- Lemon-onion-sulfur is the way-loaded soup you go for if you wanna kill a cold or a flu overnight, but I'm told it's a night of intense sweats, fever and argh!
It's the greens that are important for insomnia, with the heavy magnesium and trace mineral content, plus
Seasalt to help the body retain the goodnesses.
Ditto on the
Epsom Salt stuff, magnesium helps pretty much -everything- when it comes to sleep! Even magnesium oxide or hydroxide will do it when combined with adequate vitamin D3- Just make sure to drink some acai-blueberry tea (this is in supermarkets) to pull the oxygen molecules to the muscles instead of free-floating in the blood! (Gives pulling sensations in whatever muscles you are currently tensing).
