Do you have or did have low blood pressure? I want to try the tea for sleep but some of the ingredients like Valerian and Skullcap tend to make blood pressure go lower. My BP has been low 95/65 but getting better lately going up to 115/75 however I seem to be senitive and will have a drop when my body doesn't like something. I'm just wondering if people with low BP are OK to use these herbs. I guess if you're going to sleep maybe it doesn't matter if it's lower?
