The 2 years I did paleo, I was so ravenously hungry! It wasn't worth it - Now I eat potatoes once a day and occasionally rice or corn. Carbs give me way more energy - once a day potatoes really makes a huge difference. I'm still on a very low carb diet and definitely gluten free!
That being said, I would prefer not to need to eat the once daily potatoes - but after two years of trying paleo - I feel like I gave it a good shot!
