Has anyone else suffer hunger when on a protein, veggie diet. I did not suffer this last time I did NB.
Anyone have a clue why so hungry?
I at lunch 11:30 am 4 oz grass fed beef with 8 oz of mixed stir fry veggies cooked in 1 tbsp. olive oil w/ salt.
Breakfast 3 eggs, and Celery stick with soft cream cheese.
When I was eating carbs, I'd eat 1 egg with a slice of homemade bread (cinnamon with organic white flour). and not be hungry.
