I think I will pass...lol. I tried bone broth and I could not get use to the taste...But thanks. Hope you are enjoying yourself in Mexico.

Anatomydoll, I will try the spinach with eggs. How does the turkey sausage taste? My only cheat thing now is once in a while I will do is pork sausage with no preservatives .

Onedaysoon, I had to stop eating process cheese :( I found it has aluminum in it :( I have so much aluminum in my body now. Plus I can not eat white potatoes...I will try the kale with the eggs thou.
