I'm thinking more and more that healthy breath regulation is important.

For one thing, I think modulating your breathing to a less anxious mode (keeping yourself from holding your breath, breathing calmly and deeply, for example) tweaks the brain into a generally less anxious state, hopefully gradually making longer term changes.

For another, I think anxious breathing does cause physical problems, probably due to lack of oxygen.

So, breathing practice for better mind and body.
