This is the exact same diet that Dr. Larry Wilson suggests with the NB. I had been eating a paleo diet for almost 4 years and still getting the hypoglycemic reactions. When I gave up the fruit and started the NB supplements the hypoglycemia finally went away. I was very low in chromium.
I fill my plate with about 20 grms of protein and then the remainder is cooked vegetables and salad in the summer.
I have reintroduced some in season fruit as a treat and have been able to handle it.
