re:meat...my daughter had/has the issue of how to keep meat in her regular diet...we do an organic ground beef (seems to cause less reaction than ground pork) olive oil..organic carrots and potatoes...red pepper..sea salt...into a small oven till everything gets nice and soft...my daughter sometimes puts some additional olive oil on at the end..and while she dislikes raw garlic..she will at times add that as well because digesting the meat always drags her down a bit and she struggles with depression...we do use digestive enyz and HCI betaine is effective (but we don't have it in capsules yet so my daughter doesn't take it every day) it also helps digestion while reducing reactions to the food and it helps keep the blood Sugar more stable (in our case of course)
