I am eating buckwheat right now :) with butter (which I love...).
Cooked vegetables are even better for me because I have TMJ and they are soft and I can make puree from them (I have to find a way to eat meat in some TMJ-friendly way, any healthy ideas?.
I think I've found Red Hawaiian Salt in a shop in my country :) Is this that salt, that has: 97,5% NaCl, 1,24% Ca, 0,65% Mg, 4,28% SO4
Humidity: 7.60% ?I am not sure, although it is called RHS...

Sea Salt , not red it is not the same I think...
EDIT nr 2: I ahve access to: Celtic salt (the most expensive in my country), Hawaiian Red and Hawaiian Black Salt. Which one should I choose? I know dr Wilson recommends Hawaiian Jade
