I myself did the sauna only a few times, I was very concerned with my sodium loss. The coffee enemas I did a few times (no ill effect) just after a few times of doing them I could not hold the coffee in. I just gave up on them I was to tired to even bother to keep trying.
I did the diet. supplements (full dose), drank 2 1/2-3 quarts of spring water daily. Some meditation.
