Regarding adrenal fatigue treatment... I have tried it too... B5 (pantethine and regular b5) made my brain fog worse.... ginseng too.... licorice more or less ... the only thing that I could take was B12 (non methyl form). Zinc and Manganese helped me too
Regarding suicide.... thinking every time brain fog gets worse ... And not anything fancy, like hanging, or train tracks.. :)... But like Charlize Theron in the movie "The Road"... I'll wait for the winter, take a bottle of whisky and go in the woods to froze to death... the best and painless way to go :)
But then I go back to the basics again... just buckwheat all day.... and brain fog becomes less strong.
