I want to comment on the cooked vegtables...I have found that to be very very true...I find vegtables that grow under ground (without fertilzer of course) help focus and a sense of wellbeing....ie raw organic carrots don't do anything good or bad...but cooked carrots are great...anything with betacarotine in it helps...anything that is red or orange in color helps...
...the only raw vegtable that is helpful is celery...and we find raw garlic and olive oil very helpful...
..if you think the buckwheat helps you feel better because it increases your serotonin 5_htp could help..as would melatonin(which I am pretty sure they have in europe)
