You are right. Starting is the most important step, and I am starting tomorrow.

I plan to spend a lot of time reading about fasting, as you suggest. I did not know about fasting before. As you may know, in our modern society, people do not discuss fasting. And if they mention it, they do it to put it down, and say bad things about it and about the people that practice it. Because of it, education is vital, as you recommend.

Thanks for reminding me the importance of eating properly. I hear that the post feeding period is even more difficult than the fast itself, so I will need to learn how to better eat in between and after fasting.

I am starting my fast tomorrow, Tuesday, July 10th. I will post after every day, if possible. I hope you will be around, sir, to give me your thoughts about my ways. I really need that, if you please, do not mind to do it.
