Re: iodine enema?

boy, i dont know about elemental in an enema. I2 is oxidative. Iodide is an antioxidant. I2 can create an acid environment from the destruction of cells(mostly bacteria). Iodide actually helps alkalize. the two together orally can really help balance pH. i believe the greater danger is not in detox but in the fragile nature of the tissues inside the colon. the tried and true coffee enema would be preferable for gentler detoxification of the bowels and the liver both.

enemas are lifesavers but they are not without problems. one can become dependent on them for one thing. curezone had an honest and courageous fellow who decided to do a hydrogen peroxide enema. properly diluted this is a fine self treatment to try. he got his proportions off when using 35% food grade. he started bleeding badly from the rectum and had to go to the emergency room. what a trooper though. his biggest concern was making alternative methods look bad in the eyes of the allopaths, not the fact that he hurt himself. his concern was then to caution others by posting it on curezone. a very giving person who made an honest mistake.

good stuff grzz. we needed another member of the choir with a strong and beautiful voice.
