WHOA! Lovin' the testemonies...

So, elders of the internet, how much Iodine is too much? Right now I want to drink it straight, fill my bathtub with it and roll around, and put it in an IV to inject it directly into my body! LOL!

Seriously, the past two days I've taken a multi with 150 mcgs per day. I've supplemented with 10 drops of Liqui-Kelp (around 375 mcgs) per day. And, I've applied the drops topically to various weird bumps and lumps on my skin.

Overkill?
