It is indeed criminal negligence on the part of so many doctors, if not unintentional genocide, but then these very same naive Doctors are indoctrinated from the beginning of their training within the Pharmaceutical scheme of greed and wealth, whilst being oblivious to the real needs of humanity.
At least the parallel of the Nazis had a more open approach.
