Pregnenolone brought me back from one of the worst periods of my entire life. I experienced a particularly huge stressor last year and my body basically gave out on me. I was plunged into a severely low cortisol state, at one point I thought I was suffering from some kind of combined CFS/Fibro/Adrenal Insufficiency type condition that left me bedridden last summer.
