I found some l-lysine and l-arginine laying around and decided to test drive it. Didn't necessarily feel anything, but then again I don't have that much anxiety unless I've been working for many hours without a break and the body is exhausted. Testing out a dose of 2 grams each in some organic veggie juice to hide the taste, I can only speculate that it did something that I could not necessarily feel. However, no adverse reactions were noted. I'll have to test this combo out on some very anxious people and report back how well it works. I've read that for some, it may take months to get over the anxiety, sometimes up to six months.

Been reading about copper lately too. Seems like you can be copper toxic (biounavailable) and deficient at the same time. Best source of copper from copper rich foods? From what I've read, although one may be copper toxic, it is still best to consume bioavailable copper still.

How has the pregnenolone helped you in the past? I understand that it's synthesized from cholesterol, like many hormones. A prior post of mine addressed an MIT researcher regarding cholesterol sulfate and disease, it triggered the question.
