Re: MORE INFO ON The Oxalate Connection

This is some intense information. I can relate to it bigtime. This is my exact problem. My gut became inflamed somehow..If I think back it could have been from overeating. It could have been from eating too many starchy foods. Could have been from smoking reefer. Whatever it was, it caused inflammation. This made me notice that when I ate gluten I got worse. Also noticed Corn irritated me. I began to get migraines. Never had them before but they started happening once every few months. I had tonsilitis and bladder infection in the same week. Everything was breaking down and in hindsight I see now that this is all related to a leaky gut. I don't get migraines anymore, I think because overall my dietary choices are more on que with what my body needs. I've eliminated all the foods that make me worse. But still, I know my leaky gut is not healed 100%. It is getting so much better since starting l-glutamine and probiotics. Can't wait 'til Oxalobacter formigenes is available because it sounds real promising for eating up the oxalates. The common strains are still good though. They are helping greatly.

Wow, this is a really up-to-date concept that can explain so many illnesses.. And can you believe what's going on ? how doctors won't admit to this?

The world is definitely going through a major change. That's the positive side here..

but people we gotta get better and seal our guts!
