Ya too many nuts, especially the oily ones tend to act like phlegm. Maybe you can try dry roasted. But yeah, peanuts have always been off my list. Luckily I don't have some extreme allergy to it. I can eat it in small amounts but I still avoid it. Almonds never made me feel weird and I would have continued eating them had it not been for that urine test, finding out I was excreting way too much oxalic acid.

Brazil nuts seem ok on occasion, and raw pumpkin seeds I hear great things about. I've eaten both with no ill effects. Organic is best obviously
