The way you cook them has an effect also.. I still eat brocolli but u know..maybe twice a week or something and only a little mixed with other veggies like Asparagus, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Bok Choy. Lettuce is good. CUCUMBERS! Onions. Red Peppers. Pumpkin. Water chestnuts. There's more but this is a start.
