Every since I went on my strict diet 2 months ago my head has felt really weird, and even the last 12 months prior when I was eating TONS of carbs I never felt this bad.
I've been tested and don't have Candida (anymore), but have Bacteria over growth, and I really like eating Broccoli, Celery, Asparagus, Cauliflower Brussels sprouts all which I believe contain oxalates, I eat them 2 - 3 times per-day! 7 days a week.
What veggies did you switch to that are low in oxalate / none ?
A 100% protein diet surely isn't something I want to go on!!
(I was also going through 1G of almond milk every 3 days! and almond nut butter, wow!)
AND YES, I do, and have had Kidney Stones. (I was aware of this relationship but for helping stay healthy was OK with getting another stone)
