Thanks for another link about copper! That's the focus of my study right now.
My issues are largely neurological: some dizziness, spacey head feeling, shakiness/tremors, erythromelalgia/flushing disorder, mild anxiety, trouble sleeping, pressure in my head, which tweaks my vision somehow, sensitivity to loud sounds and lights, hair loss, and some others, but those are the main ones. I do have autoimmune antibodies, but all of my other tests, including MRI to rule out MS, are normal. My issues stem from a reaction to the Mirena, and I'm about 70% recovered, but hoping for even better. My symptoms are tightly related to my hormones. The Mirena destroyed my hormonal balance. I really just feel that my body chemistry is off balance. My doctors only treatment idea was artificial hormones and steroids, so I'm glad I've recovered as much as I have just by following this forum's advice.
