Re: Wilson's Temperature Syndrome?

Yeah, I finally stopped 'dieting' and now focus on trying to eat the healthiest, freshest, purest foods and liquids I can and am working on eventually only taking a small handful of sups. I think after doing every crazy diet out their since I was in the my teens [eons ago!] my body is just flat tired of diets and frankly, so am I.

If I never lose any weight, I'll still be the healthiest fat person I can be! LOL

I am finding if I can keep my thoughts positive then my emotions aren't so easily swayed or out of control, esp. when life throws a curveball. Doing this isn't 100% foolproof, but it IS helping and that is encouraging. I am trying meditation, positive, encouraging and uplifting self talk, staying focused and controlling my thoughts, too.

One day at a time, step by step!
