Re: TMG lowering body temp.
Thanks Marci. So do you just keep taking the TMG because it is suppose to be healthy? You haven't noticed any effect at all from it?
I know we all react differently to things and I seem to be one of those people who is overly sensitive to stuff. It can be good and bad. The good is that when I get good effects, they are usually REALLY GOOD.
Gosh once I hit menopause I hope I'm not going to be cold the rest of my life. I think it's a real burden and to top it off I hate wearing heavy clothing. I love wearing shorts in the summer to get as much sunshine as I can.
Surprisingly I have looked and looked, but I haven't found too much information on trimethylglycine other than a basic list of what it helps with.
I cannot find anything about how it affects hormones.
My limited knowledge and with the effects I am feeling from it, I'm assuming it provides lots of nuerotransmitters for nerve conduction and I think I read that it helps balance cellular fluid so it is probably helping the nerves work better which would explain the senses of hearing, vision and touch being heightened.
I'm just a little afraid since I've been having breast soreness and I'm getting cold that it could increase estrogen.
