So today was day 3, I assume I take my night round and stop after that? I may do 1more day depending how I feel tomorrow.. Today was noticibly better...First of all, I slept much better, from 1130 to 230, woke up to pee, took my round, went back to sleep until 8. I was very surprised. Upon waking, I had to go the batheroom pretty urgently and it did smell metallic, I was pretty happy about this too because I know that its getting out of me. My mood was much, much better too. The only down side was the pain...My wrists amd ankles are very stiff and sore, it lessens when I move around, but I think when I wake up tomorrow its going to be very hard... I have been reading a lot on the side effects, and redistribition, and I am no longer worried, just have to adjust. So today for the first time, I am optimistic that this will actually help me get better. Tomorrow will be my first day off round, not sure what to expect there, will keep on juicing and supplementing. Is it ok to do 3 and 3 instead of 3 and 4?

I take the ashwaganda at night to keep my cortisol down, Melatonin seems to keep me in a state that I dont know if im awake or asleep and I never feel rested. I have tryptophan, I might try that again. I have joined the yahoo group just not enough time to read as much as I would like. You have helped me so much these last few days, I cannot thank you enough. Nobody in the "real" world seems willing to educate themselves on this stuff, and its hard to find anyone who believes it, forget about finding a support system. Tweet
