Today, as i was thinking, and researching, I THINK it is possible that the lechithin in the egg yolks had detoxed my liver to some extent and pushed a buch of metal out. My liver is functioning on the low-side...Hindsight is 20/20. Which got me to thinking why dont raw foodists and juice fasters never have these problems and they dont chelate? Is it the ridiculous amount of chloryphyll these people are ingesting daily (juicers, in particular)that is actually doing the chelating without a "protocol" plus cleaning out the detox channels at the same time? I never hear about sick, miserable, raw foodies. They are just happy as can be, love life, love everything, no illnesses, etc...this may be my perception but I think before I go chelate with ALA i am going to to try to get back into my
juicing routine and see if that doesnt help...
I also just ate two jumbo raw eggs to see if I can replicate the results of last time.
