Lots of people with Hg problem have sleep problems.

My situation is a mixed toxicity with cadmium and lead. Therefore I tended to be a brain fogged space cadet with inattentive ADD, catecholamine depression--lethargy, etc. My problem has been staying awake, not sleeping!

glucosamine *sulfate* is valuable. Sulfate and Mg in Epsom Salt have calming effects for most and are usu excellent for those who have Hg.

Melatonin is useful, so is GABA for sleep.
