I would really appreciate your support in curing my chronic sinus problems. Just sounds like you know what you doing
To start with I will try get the remedy above - forgive the question but is this to be used in the nose or taken orally?

My story the short version:
49 - male - progressively lazy and putting on weight 85kg, 6 foot tall - do tai ji weekly - typical good/bad mostly vegeterian for 30 years - will eat really well 3 months and then binge for 9. Pretty sure i have chronic candida considering paying the fortune in SA for ThreeLac http://www.thefountainhead.co.za/prodthreelactestim.asp

The last few years I have had to fly overseas a few times and each time i got terrible sinusitis - sometimes i manage with acupuncture but a usually have had to take Antibiotics .
I get a common cold and it progresses to intense head ache and blocked nose discomfort till i take Antibiotics . After short trip to India I was doing really well but on return a week of flu and now fully blocked and headache again - help please
been drinking some chinese herbs for flu and washing nose with i think a simple healthy saline solution - now started a lot of vitamin c - but basically i think i might have to do the Antibiotics if the discomfort does not change soon
