Re: Concerned about chronic sinusitis
I know the modern term would be "candidiasis" or to name this symptom by its bacterial name "candida albicans." However, in herbology (western/eastern) we look at this as a low-level infection on the blood level. There's always stagnation involved due to weaknesses in other systems. It's this stagnation that is food supply for the candida bacteria to grow on.
I digress. . .
Go to the store and buy alcohol extracts of the following:
1
oz. Myrrh Extract
1
oz. Golden Seal Extract
1
oz. Echinacea Root Extract
Be sure they're good quality. No matter what the bottle says, take these amounts:
3 dropperful of myrrh twice daily.
1 dropperful of golden seal twice daily
2 dropperful of echinacea twice daily
May be taken three times daily and may be mixed all together. I usually put it in a little water, too.
If it's going to help, you should start noticing improvement within 3-5 days.
This is a formula that I developed over several years. Hope this helps. Get back to us and let us know.
P.S. The myrrh is specific for sinus infections. So, you may increase the number of times you take the myrrh only to 4 times daily if needed.
