Hi, mat. I don't mean to rain on your parade (so to speak), but I've never seen a candida diet work where the patient got frustrated from the strict regimen and where they felt that it didn't work. (That's a bit of twisted sentence, isn't it? Hope you got my point.) However, self-experimenting can be a journey of enlightenment, so I don't want to try to talk you out of anything. Just my two cents worth.
If you decide to try my formula in response to Solid's inquiry, let us know how it works for you. You can probably buy the items at any health food store. Herb Pharm is a good brand. Don't worry about the alcohol. It's such a small amount. The perceived ill-effects of the alcohol is far outweighed by the beneficial action of the herbs. If it's a problem, though, you can put the extracts in a cup and pour boiling water over them (don't boil the herbs), let it steep uncovered for 5 minutes, then drink. The hot water will dissipate the alcohol.
