Re: Concerned about chronic sinusitis
Matvei:
From what you say, may I guess a few things about you? You're late 20's to early 40's? You have a petite body structure? You suffer from slight constipation? Do you "crave" water? Do you find you need to eat several small meals daily in order to satisfy several hunger spells per day? Are you a worrier? Do you dream a lot? Possibly you have hianal hernia or acid reflux?
Anywho . . . I may have been wrong, but those are the questions I ask to determine if there's a yin deficiency which means the mucous membranes are extremely dry. (That's remedied with vast improvement in your health in about 3-5 days). Also, it sounds like you may have a yang deficiency as well (?) which means you're often times cold (indicated by the low temp and b/p).
However, to your specific problem, whether it's infection of the sinuses or candida, everything about you says "myrrh extract." Add a little osha extract to this (1 myrrh to 1/2-1 osha). You should notice improvement within minutes, but you need to continue the regimen for about 3-5 days.
If I'm wayyyy off base, ignore this post. Otherwise, I'll tell you how much of each item to take daily. None of this should interfere with
Antibiotics . And I can tell you how to remedy the yin and yang deficiencies.
By the way, your chronic sinus/seasonal allergies indicate a need to take yet another herb for sluggish/weak adrenals. My experience over the years has lead to the understanding that the adrenals need attention. Adrenals manufacture epinephrine (adrenalin) which is the anti-inflammatory produced and needed so you don't react to the pollens, etc.
